I have found this Mobilisation Magic tool to be very effective in my daily work as a physiotherapist treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions. The innovative design allows the tool to be used on all myofascial regions of the body that can succumb to tightness and pain. Pressure can be easily adjusted by orientating the tool in a different position or the placement of towels on either side of the tool. Clinically, I found significant improvements in hamstring and groin tightness after using the tool consistently. Great piece of equipment, quality made product.

So far I have found good relief for my hip pain, I’m still working out the best way to use it and the towels to lesson the pain and relaxing the area too.

I am not a novice in releasing or rolling out my injuries/body and to offer a review to say buy this tool you will love it, it speaks volumes.
The angles, shape and height not to mention fast release has been a godsend.
I bought one each for my sons too, plus a spare one to keep at work!
It is worth every $.
