It is a brilliant piece of equipment for dealing with soft tissue knots and ‘sore spots’ and trigger points. It certainly takes some time to get used to the feeling – make no mistake it can be uncomfortable to begin with – but this is an indicator you are really ‘hitting the spot’. I’ve used all manner of foam rollers, lacrosse balls, rumble rollers and the like but this is my ‘go to’ solution when i really need some help. As an added bonus, it is a helluva lot cheaper than forking out $$$ for a massage therapist or similar physical therapist. Heartily recommended and enthusiastically endorsed. Just remember the MMT only works if you put in the effort…and you need to be persistent and committed to the process.

I Had a lot trouble with my calf and hamstring and started to use Mobilization Magic and had relief within a week , 1st time I used the device thought to myself this will work and it does.

Well what can one say. Mobilisation Magic really helped my bad back. Following the guides I was able to stretch and relax my muscles and relieve pain. Very simple and effective tool.

I am just reaching out to recommend the Mobilization Magic Tool. I use it a lot! It really helps my Hamstring rehabilitation. Tom says “My Hamstrings now feel Awesome”. (Tom has famously had a lot of problems with his hamstrings)

This is a really great tool and I have found it transformational.
I get very tight calves, hamstrings, back and shoulders due to ankles that roll in (pronation).
I have bought many different stretching gadgets over the years, including foam roller, Pilates ring, spiky massage ball, etc. In my memory I can count 18 different devices that I have bought over the years. But the Mobilization Magic tool is far superior to anything else I have tried.
It costs less than one massage session, is very small, takes up no room, can be used without doing a course or seeing a therapist. You can start using it as soon as you open the package.
My wife tells me that both my shoulders and my calves have changed shape (in a good way) after a only a week of use, and I’m sleeping better.

I use the tool regularly to help alleviate pain and knots throughout my body. I have problem areas (upper back, neck) that require regular massages but the tool does help between sessions. Works best after a bit of heat treatment first in the problem area. Thank you!

Great piece of equipment, quality made product.
I have used this tool for releasing tight Calves, Hamstrings & Glutes. Once you work out where you need to place the tool in relation to your own specific muscle sheath adhesion’s, progress happens fast on freeing up tight & sore muscles. It’s so good.

I had suffered from classic tennis elbow for over a year. I had tried everything and anything to try and get rid of the pain. I used the tool for one week with immediate results. The relief I got was well worth giving it a try, you won’t be disappointed. 6 months down the track I still use the tool once a month for maintenance. It awesome to have the pain go away. I am not a novice in releasing or rolling out my injuries/body and to offer a review to say buy this tool you will love it, it speaks volumes.
The angles, shape and height not to mention fast release has been a godsend.
I bought one each for my sons too, plus a spare one to keep at work!
It is worth every $.

So far I have found good relief for my hip pain, I’m still working out the best way to use it and the towels to lesson the pain and relaxing the area too.
It might hurt like hell at the time, but the pain relief is so worth it😜

Excellent product.
I have tried many devices to alleviate the pain associated with tendinitis in my elbow.
I have used a prototype of this device and it is the only one so far that has been able to offer me any relief.

Fantastic results.No longer have R ITB pain when sleep at night and my SIJ enthesis had remarkedly improved.The M/Mobilizer used correctly ,does wonders.I will do maintenance therapy to further stop pain/triggers in glut coming back.
